Individual and Duet Pilates Training
We highly recommend individual sessions to get the most out of your pilates practice. Even 1 or 2 sessions will help you to learn the essence of the exercises so you will get more from each workout. An individual session allows you a customized workout specific to just you and your needs. We can focus on improving athletic performance, help you get stronger after a surgery or injury and can safely modify the workout if you are not able to attend group class.
Body and Soul Pilates is fully equipped with STOTT PILATES® machines – a cadillac, reformers, stability chairs, spring walls and ladder barrel to incorporate into client programming to maximize the benefits of their workout. Many clients will feel taller and more balanced after just one class. However, to fully realize the benefits of pilates takes time and consistency.
We offer a full range of private/semi private training packages to accommodate all schedules and individual client preferences. We will tailor your sessions to meet your fitness goals. Sessions can include traditional pilates training or personal training, which includes strength training, cardio interval training and flexibility/balance/core strength development. Our instructors are all trained to work with advanced athletes to those recovering from injury, surgery or suffering from a chronic condition.
