June's Donation Barre is to benefit JDRF! Help us raise money to find a cure for this childhood autoimmune disorder. Sophia will be teaching class Friday June 14 at 6pm. Sign up on mindbody for no charge - suggested minimum $10 donation at door.

Summer Pop Up Classes

Brooke is back from school and will be holding POP UP Interval Training certain Saturdays at 8am and Sweat Reformer certain Wednesday at 6pm. Check out the schedule and reserve your space. These class will jump start your metabolism and we guarantee results!

Beginner Reformer Workshop

JOIN US! Pilates is for EVERYONE! Don't be intimidated. These workshops are the perfect opportunity to learn basic pilates principles and how the reformer machine works in a comfortable no stress environment. The instructor will answer all questions and focus on proper technique. Cost $20.

Barre Foundations Workshop

This workshop is perfect for those new to barre or those looking to perfect their form and really get more out of the classes. Proper technique is essential to seeing results. This workshop will go through proper foot position, pelvic placement, core engagement and will review each barre segment with a focus on teaching fundamentals. Prevent injury and get results. Participants will be able to ask instructor questions. We encourage every barre client to try this class once! Space is limited to 8. Cost $20

Barre then Beer!

Join Body and Soul Pilates for a Barre class followed by a beer flight. Bring a mat and water bottle - we provide all other equipment. Done barefoot or in grip socks. $30 includes barre class and a flight of beer. All fitness levels welcome - just be prepared to have fun! Barre is a combination of ballet, pilates and weight training (set to an awesome playlist) to tone and sculpt every muscle. NOT a dance class, no dance experience necessary.
